Return Requests

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be free from makeup, perfume, stains, pet hair, or damage
  • Be returned in their original condition

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit issued electronically.

We do not offer cash refunds for sizing issues, change of mind, or style preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
